ABOUT THE PROGRAM

MYEW VIP program points are earned by purchasing any MYEW service, one or more.  Points are awarded for the total service invoiced, except that no points are awarded for any expenditure less than $100. Members may choose to use their points to either redeem them against future services or to receive MYEW program rewards, or some combination of both.

Upon enrolling in the MYEW VIP program (online or in person), you will receive confirmation via email with a coupon that offers you a choice of rewards:
• $50 off your next haul out or
• RECEIVE $50 additional fuel with the purchase of $200 in fuel

This coupon may be redeemed at the first service or at any service following your enrollment. Points can then be acquired and redeemed at a future date.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I earn points?
By using services at MYEW. For every $100 of invoiced services, such as a haul out, a bottom painting or an engine repair, you will earn one (1) VIP point.

What are the points worth?
Points have five tiers of value, which are:

Tier I 10-24 Points
or
 $150 discount against your next service invoice or the MYEW reward package of nautical gear (shown)
 
Tier II 25-49 Points
or
 $350 discount against your next service invoice or a $150 gift card towards dinner at Prime Blue Grill

Tier III 50-74 Points
or
 $550 discount against your next service invoice or a reward package for one (1) night at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel
 
Tier IV 75-125 Points
or
 $750 discount against your next service invoice or a reward package for one (1) night at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel & $150 gift card towards dinner at Prime Blue Grill
 
Tier V
126+ Points
 or $1000 discount against your next service invoice

How are points redeemed?
After your next service following your enrollment, you will acquire points based on your service invoice.

When you next come in for service, you can use your points to receive the discount in that Tier Group or, if you prefer, to pick up a reward package. You can call anytime for your point balance, or stop in and get a print out of your point balance.
